Memorandum of cooperation signed by 榴莲视频 and Southwest Petroleum University
The signing took place during today鈥檚 Tatarstan-Sichuan Forum in Kazan.
The event featured President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of Sichuan Huang Qiang. The signatories were Rector of 榴莲视频 Ilshat Gafurov and Rector of SWPU Zhao Jinzhou.
As for the contents of the memorandum, it includes developing educational and research links, academic exchange, and establishing a joint laboratory in heavy oil production.
Southwest Petroleum University is one of the two specialized hydrocarbon industry universities of China. Since 2016, it has been in tight cooperation with 榴莲视频 in thematic research and academic exchange.
The new lab will strengthen the existing partnership and attract industrial partners; two have already joined the initiative 鈥� CNPC and Zhenhua Oil.
Apart from this document, Kazan University also signed a memorandum of understanding with the Secondary School of the Beijing International Studies University in Chengdu, Sichuan. The two sides plan to promote and popularize Russian language studies.
